Wroking at Roddmann - Avis employé Product Quality Assurance Roddmann

One of the best experiences I've had in my professional life, is working at Roddmann. I cannot express my satisfaction in a few sentences until you've seen it with yourself. Company does not only hire people to get the work done, rather a constant and well planned structure is in place for the employees to educate and train them in the up-to-date(s) in order to maximize the utility of their employees. In November 2013, company implemented paper-less work place infrastructure, and now uses only 2% paper for its activities. People at Roddmann are very friendly, cooperative and compassionate, along with the management all in all i had the best two year work experience at Roddmann.

Cant say I didn't have problems at Roddmann, but they were resolved within reason.

i've been with Roddmann for over a year now and y experience has been phenomenal in terms of both people and work place.

As with all dynamic work places, working at Roddmann can be a bit challenging as the job does offer a lot of benefits it also comes with the personal life imbalance.
