      Avantages

      Very friendly place to work, feel I am trusted to prioritise tasks and manage my own time. Lots of delicious chocolate!

      Inconvénients

      As with any customer service position, it can be tricky, but I feel very supported by the management in this.

      Good brand renown for it's quality. Very relaxed environment although sometimes hectic.

      Inconvénients

      Offices blame the stores and team members for their lack of professional acumen and lose money on poor management.

      Low hourly pay, commission system was dis functional, head office was problematic.
