      They are sincere in trying to do the right thing. I was skeptical at first, but have eventually been won over.

      Inconvénients

      Mediocre salary. There is little cohesion in the company's goals.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
