      Inconvénients

      No job security, miscommunication created by supervisor, instead of motivating the supervisor would pull you down sometimes, hardly any appreciation inspite of delivering results.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
