Avantages
Laid back, but people really care about their jobs. Flexible working hours. Great sense of community, people do not point fingers. CEO very down to earth and involved. Fun events for interns and employees during the summer. Encourages hobbies- many employees play instruments and jam together on occasion. Headquarters located conveniently off the highway.
Inconvénients
Just like most tech companies there is a sense of urgency here and change can be frequent. This can be a positive because your day is busy and goes by quick. Also the change keeps things interesting.
