Young undeveloped engineers, its kind of like watching children run with scissors, which creates a dangerous work environment. Toxic fumes vented into engineering one day and management said it was safe then people started getting sick. Had work place threatened active shooter by an employee. Openly aggressive towards women and minorities. Frequent use of the word “powow”, micro aggressions towards POC and open anti semitism abound. They do not invest and do not care about diversity. They underpay their employees that are minorities.
