Avantages
I do not think that i can actually form a sentence with this company and the word "pros" however the only that i can think of is that you will form bonds with your colleagues over the mistreatment you will all endure there
Inconvénients
No benefits, no paid vacation, no sick days - all though this is promised to you at the start of your employment, this isn't true. You are treated like cattle not a human being. If you are not related to management, you are nothing to these people. They will talk about you in a foreign language when you are in the room. If you work overtime, they will not pay you for over time. They will steal your commission. They will harass you through text message on your personal cell phone. They do not reimburse you when you have paid for things out of pocket for the job. I can go on forever. Bottom line do not work here.
