Avantages
Working at Robi gives you some basic exposure to the telecom world and a chance to see how big companies handle sales and distribution. It's not glamorous, but it's decent experience to have on your CV. You get to build some industry contacts, which might help later. Nothing mind-blowing, but it's better than zero and gives you a starting point.
Inconvénients
The work-life balance is brutal - you're always on call, even on weekends. The pressure is nonstop, and the targets can be unrealistic. The culture feels very top-down, not much room for feedback or personal growth. A lot of micromanagement, and honestly, it drains you fast.
