Avantages
Rize is still a small team so there's a lot of opportunity to have ownership over your work and champion projects. It's exciting (and sometimes terrifying!) to be working on something that could totally change an industry. The team is a fun bunch of people to work with -- everyone is really passionate about their work. Management is very flexible around PTO and WFH so if anything comes up at home at the last minute you never feel bad calling in to a meeting from your living room.
Inconvénients
Rize still has that start-up mentality so sometimes it can feel a bit like controlled chaos. There's not a lot of handholding or direct guidance so you have to be comfortable directing and managing your own work. The team org is a little unclear so sometimes it can be confusing who to run things by.
