      Avantages

      Nice location. You get to meet with some nice people here and there but eventually they do not stay more than 6 months.

      Inconvénients

      No future, no direction and no leadership in the company. Top management staff inexperienced and lack of education. The staff is not empowered and valued hence the the huge staff turnover rate. Disaster HR which spreads fear among its staff.

      Avantages

      The staff care about everything. The accommodation at Rixos Residence is very good. The food and cleanliness are excellent and the compensation is good.
