Avantages
-Decent pay, but you will remain stagnant as bonuses and merits are only paid out in stock. Most folks who have worked here for years are at the same rate of pay *give or take literal change -Management is nice enough and there is a sense of safety in your day to day to be yourself and speak on your ideas
Inconvénients
-VERY little opportunity for growth. In most operations positions, you have to count on someone leaving to ever dream of a promotion. -Your pay will likely remain the same no matter how many years you work here. -VERY disorganized in almost every aspect of the business that interacts with operations. Poor tooling creates poor cross functional communication. Poor data tracking tools create unrealistic and skewed metrics. -Work life balance as a leader is nonexistent ESPECIALLY at EOQ. Upper management is texting & slacking late at night and early in the morning (well outside of working hours) with an expectation to respond. Management "thanks" those who are willing to work 40+ hours of OT by giving shoutouts in meetings with no substantial reward system for hard work.
