      Avantages

      Bonne pile technologique. Beaucoup d'experts autour de vous. Vous apprenez des choses presque quotidiennement.

      Inconvénients

      Trop instable. Trop de changements et pas vraiment de bonne raison. J'ai vécu environ 4 changements majeurs en un an et rien n'a vraiment changé, sauf qu'ils ont licencié beaucoup de gens et que nous avons dû travailler plus lol

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
