      The pay is market rate give or take?

      Inconvénients

      This place embodies toxic positivity. If you’re a critical thinker who questions things and likes to dig deep, you will have that beat out of you. Don’t bother being an engineer, that isn’t valued it’s punished. Leadership all the way up the chain expects zero friction. If you question someone or express a negative outlook, you will be punished. They will gaslight you in to thinking everything great and you’re the problem even though they have not achieved a single goal they’ve set out to do.

      Avantages

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
