      Avantages

      nice company to learn and develop. Hard work is recognized with promotions.

      Inconvénients

      work load is often at 150% of the employees capacity. extra hours and working on weekends and holidays is becoming normal unfortunately.

      Avantages

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
