Loved my co workers and patients - Avis employé Admissions Associate Riverside University Health System

The downside for this position was lack of funding and communication. While I understand working in a non profit organization, this was not my first, the pay scale was far from competitive, accomplishments were not acknowledged and it always felt as though management didn't have our team's "back". All of these things combined made it more difficult to do our best in an already high stress environment.
