      -- No leaders, only managers -- Company invests in things, not people -- Mid-to-senior level managers lack emotional intelligence -- Fully embracing DEI "woke" philosophies -- Hierarchy, culture insulate corporate elites from workforce -- Company expects a lot, supports very little -- No functioning feedback or annual evaluation systems

      Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate all feedback – both good and bad – to get to the destination company that we are striving to become. In 2022 and moving forward, we are continuing to launch a manager training series to help our managers learn industry best practices and to be world-class leaders. DEI is a pillar of our culture and we're working diligently to create an environment where all individuals are not only respected but valued.       Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

      Inconvénients

      Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
