      Avantages

      Riverside is one of the best companies I have worked for. They really try to make you feel like part of a family. They are concerned about how the employees feel about their work. They work to do the best they can to offer good benefits at a good cost. The management is wonderful. They care and they listen to employees.

      Inconvénients

      Management should visit on site employees more often.

      Thank you for your feedback. Riverside Research’s greatest strength is our people. We focus on matching the skill set and qualifications of candidates to our open positions rather than filling a seat. We understand the importance of communication with leadership and are constantly working to improve this through company-wide events, such as our summer events, holiday parties, and leadership visits at customer locations. Additionally, we strive to provide regular communications through our monthly newsletter, which includes messages from our CEO and leadership across the company.

      Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

      Inconvénients

      Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
