      Paid time off. Holidays. Work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Pay. Incompetent management. C Level is so far removed from day to day operations but will constantly say how much they are invested in each of us. You are a worker and nothing else. No limit to the amount of work you are expected to do even if it does not have anything to do with the position you were hired for. You will not be compensated for more doing more work.
