More reasonable staffing grids than Sentara especially in step down and CC. Respectful and considerate management. Great support teams like lab, Rapid team, nursing supervisors, charge nurses not in staffing etc
Inconvénients
The unavoidable aspect of bedside nursing still exists, naturally. There will be call outs, higher census and busy days. But Riverside seems to care about retention and staffing and less about keeping you as busy as possible with minumum staffing to save money... like another local hospital system does.
