Avantages
What they are doing for the elderly is just what they need. At the building I work at they work with your scheduled and while things are uncertain at the moment it is hassle free when you need to request time off.
Inconvénients
Communication is bad. usually your clients end up finding out things before you do. unorganized and weak structure. you cold get a manager that listens and let you know what they can or cant do or you can get one who acts like they listen to get you out of there office.. its a 50/50 shot, its a shame the way they lose good people that could potentially keep the company afloat.
