It’s so sad to say but there are not any pros about this company. Each facility is different and there is a possibility to meet some awesome people but the health system overall needs help.
Inconvénients
This company is not innovative AT ALL. Their competitors are leaving them in dust especially when it comes to technology, employee retention & appreciation. If you want to be overworked, underpaid and not have work-life balance, then this is the place for you.
