This job is good for a high school aged student that is looking for flexible hours and relatively easy job responsibilities
Inconvénients
The management was not up to par. Scheduling was always a problem and sometimes Lifeguards would not show up to their shifts on time without consequences.

Thank you for your response. We do have a very clear policy on attendance and recently reinforced this through our leaders. I hope you see improvement from your manager in this area.
