      I enjoy my co-workers and the job I do.

      Inconvénients

      My Manager gives me updates on what is going on within RHS. But not all Leaders do so. Front line team members want to know the why behind operational decisions.

      Great to hear that your manager is continually updating you. We put a great deal of focus on cascading information and managers are the key to our team members knowing important information.
