      Management does not communicate Lower pay compared to the other companies Dilapidated equipment Management are extremely disorganized Often expected that you will stay past your scheduled time They always take off 30 minutes for lunch regardless if you took one or not

      Personable management and coworkers. Fun job.

      Inconvénients

      Physically demanding jobs. You get paid per trip, so some days you make $20 an hour and some days you make $11 an hour depending on how long of a day you have.
