within Rituals the work atmosphere really is toxic and most disappointing is: the top-management (HR and leadership from other departments) don't act on the signals they are receiving. On the surface all seems nice; my direct colleagues are nice and it's such a shame that management is just so much focusing on maintaining their own position and cheering to above, that the culture in no way reflects the positive aspirations the company says having and aims to contribute to in the world. Really a shame. This is a widespread view within the central head office in Amsterdam. You need to be inner-circle and if you speak out your own authentic self (with even a positive intention) you are suppressed; really I experienced it as if being chocked.
