      Avantages

      -Ability to go up -Developing skills such as decisiveness, quick thinking and customer service skills -Develop your confidence and ability to work on your own -Great employee benefits - gift box at Christmas, discounts -A sense of ownership - unloading shipment, checking stock creates a feeling of responsibility because the stores are small enough to not have an overwhelming stock check. It was quite fun being directly involved and seeing all the process that goes behind running the store.

      Inconvénients

      -It can be very boring when there are no customers -When it's busy, it is really busy -Repetitive

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
