Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The wage is good for a student job as it is above minimum wage. Easy job if you are good at working in customer service or if you are good at selling. Training is very good for a retail job. Management and co-workers always willing to help if you need it.
Inconvénients
Seasonal staff do not receive sales bonuses despite working just as hard as other employees. Cleaning at the end of the night is tedious and the store is expected to be spotless for the next day. Sales assistants are expected to do all cleaning themselves. You are expected to approach every customer and try to make a sale, even though most customers prefer to just be left alone.
