      Avantages

      Most coworkers are excellent people, fun to work with, and knowledgeable. My peers enjoy the practice as much as I do, and the public sees it.

      Inconvénients

      The staffing levels are quite lean, in some cases leading to hours long backlogs of work, with no time for a break.
