      -Great people in the organization and there's potential to make good money with the right circumstances -Great bonus structures for hitting and exceeding targets -100 Remote/ great work life balance

      Inconvénients

      -There's lots of room for improvement on an operations level to help drive sales -Average base salary , role heavily relies on commissions to make decent money -Very tough to consistently hit targets and get commissions

      Avantages

      The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

      Inconvénients

      Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
