      Avantages

      Good technologies, opportunities to work on multiple things, decent pay, good location, some very smart people to work with, free snacks

      Inconvénients

      Have to deal with some politics, HR policies not good and not helping employees, benefits (holidays, leave, insurance etc.) are bear minimum, layoff - even smart people are asked to go. upper management confused, some unsupporting managers, conjusted office, no work-life balance
