Avantages
1. Great place to kickstart your career. 2. Flexible working environment. But you must attend stand-up meetings at 9 am BST. Multicultural (though they exploit this).
Inconvénients
1. They don't pay the interns. Most of the employees are working as interns. 2. Working without a salary is hard because it can be demotivating. 3. People are joining and leaving all the time. 4. People are exploited in poor countries.
