      Avantages

      I learned a lot during my internship because there were always new tasks to do at the company. Since the company is growing at a high pace, it was interesting to see how the team handled different scaling issues.

      Inconvénients

      The working hours and expectations will be higher than an average internship.

Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

      Inconvénients

      - The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
