Hey there, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts here. My name is Alice, I am a Talent Partner at Riot and a mom. We have a number of benefits that support pregnant and nursing mothers including three private Mother's Rooms located across our central campus, four months of paid maternity leave and subsidized back up child care at a local day care center or in the Rioter's home. In situations where Rioters experience a pregnancy related illness or disability, we work closely with the Rioter and their doctor to ensure that reasonable medical accommodations are made in accordance with state and federal laws. Riot is dedicated to being a welcoming, diverse and empowering place for all. I hope you were able to attend April's Diversity and Inclusion town hall to learn about Riot's investments in recruiting, talent and leadership development and our goals to promote fair systems, diverse teams and an inclusive environment.
