      - All of the pros that you've read from every other review.

      Inconvénients

      - Bloated head count - tons of employees who I could not give a clear example of value delivered over the course of a day, week, month, year. - Little to no accountability in so....many...places. - Over the past year, an influx of culturally misaligned hires pea-cocking, and seemingly here only to pad their resumes.

      Avantages

      Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

      Inconvénients

      Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
