      Good to have met some talented peers

      Inconvénients

      I'm frustrated with the company's lack of transparency and fairness. They initially promised me a full-time role, but changed their mind the next day, leaving me feeling exploited and taken advantage of. It's like they're using freelancers to get the best work out of us without any commitment or stability in return.

      - Overall positive environment - Opportunities for various project types from Animation, VFX etc. - SME so feels more friendly like a small family

      - Project management is not well-managed - Short staffed - Downplay contribution by employees when negotiating for pay raises or related issues
