Initially, the company seems to be a place where you can learn a lot from your peers and senior management, until you realize that senior management is only looking out for their cronies. You have to play the political game in order to get promotional gain.
Inconvénients
There are many hard working employees there that are taken for granted. Loyalty means nothing to me.
