      Benefits, Dave Campbell, brand recognition

      Inconvénients

      This company used to be a very family oriented company and really appreciated the employees who work there. Now it's turning into a corporation and only concerned about their "bottom line". I've seen a lack of regard for the employees especially in certain locations. Family members are now assimilating into the company and changing the culture and in some instances for the worst. Some did not learn from Dave!

      Avantages

      Busy, Fun, and relatively low stress enviornment if you like sales and design.

      Inconvénients

      Commission is slim to none. Even as a top performer it really is not a fair deal considering the margins.

      Avantages

      great people to work beside who share your level within the company.

      Inconvénients

      poor leadership over expectations of lower level employees in my experience. Some managers get away with doing little to nothing while other lower level employees are expected to pick up all that slack for weak compensation and worse insurance coverage that doesn't actually work when attempting to get medical assistance, . No room for growth unless your part of the inner-family tight knit nepotism circle that runs the company.
