      Had a chance to work with some great colleagues and other stakeholders.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership, very political, doesn't support the growth of the employees, lack of knowledge among some leaders who got promoted for being a management pleaser.

      Company going through rapid change. New leadership bringing vision and renewal - much needed. Winning big new mandates. Gets AI and where data and tech is heading. Increasing confidence in trajectory.

      Inconvénients

      Challenges with leadership and vision over the past few years mean some teams are slow to adapt. Drives anxiety in some areas.
