Fast-paced environment with demanding hours at times, though fairly in line with expectations for a high-growth startup and nothing out of the ordinary for any other start-up

Avantages

Working at Rillet has genuinely felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build something meaningful alongside an incredibly talented team. The culture is one of the strongest I’ve experienced, collaborative, ambitious, and filled with people who truly care about each other’s success. There’s a huge amount of ownership and growth potential here, especially for people who are excited to take initiative and make an impact early. Leadership is extremely supportive and approachable, and some of the best people I’ve worked with in the industry. It’s rare to find a company this early where the product, team, and opportunity all align so well.

Inconvénients

Because the company is growing so quickly, change is constant and things can evolve fast, which may feel uncomfortable for people who prefer a lot of structure or predictability. That said, it also creates a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and have a real impact on the direction of the company.

Avantages

The stock options are decent

Inconvénients

Easily the worst culture I've experienced There's constant turnover, frequent firings and role eliminations and very little sense of stability. Leadership is inexperienced and doesn't know what they're doing and culture is harsh and cruel. Saw multiple people who got let go or quit who had only been with the company for a couple months. Can't think of anyone in any department that was happy or wasn't worked to the bone Advancement and stability are driven more by being bros with leadership than by actual performance or results.
