      Avantages

      I'm biased but I can compare with the previous companies I worked in. It's a tech startup, you can learn and work with cutting-edge tech, you can work remotely (it's not pandemic-based - you can work remotely forever). No strict schedule you're free to distribute your work hours as you like, there're some sync-up meetings of course. No micromanagement, if you are tired of the overprocess and bureaucracy here will be your paradise. The team is a group of friendly experts.

      Inconvénients

      It's a startup, priorities can shift, previous work can be frozen because of it.

      Avantages

      Flexi Timing, Hard to think as such no. But salary will get credited ontime.

      Inconvénients

      Lot, No Policies, No Holiday, Every task is urgent, No future. No proper manager. No employee retention policy every month someone leaves the office. Rotation shifts are not well managed
