      Avantages

      Excellent hands- on opportunity to work with the client's Senior executive team.

      Inconvénients

      The company suffers from an identity crisis; appearing more interested in filling seats (greater interest in staff augmentation). I found most of their practices unethical and comprising of my integrity.

      Avantages

      Everyone was very nice and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Besides my 2 managers, I never met in person any other Rigil employees. Was very harsh when a mistake was made. Training went on too long before getting to actual work.
