Avantages
The team and culture is exceptional. There is a huge amount of diversity and people are willing to listen and make sure that you (as an individual) is given the tools you need to succeed. We have so much happening that there is never a shortage of work. There are also some analytics to explore in this space (intersection of tech and biotech) that curious minds have lots to learn.
Inconvénients
Customers can inject politics into the work environment and the software is still in its infancy. The product is still a prototype in way and it can be frustrating with the limitations due to knowledge, research, and resourcing. Especially frustrating since we know the issues and can't/don't solve them because there are so many things going on.
