      Lots of room to up.

      Inconvénients

      They don't understand the concept of supporting their employees so that they can be successful. Some problems are more than one person can fix.

      Can't think of any pros

      Inconvénients

      They don't pay their vendors. String you along on unpaid invoices til they sell the building and vanish. Probably not financially stable. Be aware before putting a loved one in their facilities
