      Avantages

      The residents and the staff who cares for them!

      Inconvénients

      The COO and her team were very reactionary and always had their own personal concerns first. It was unsettling to see things that were overlooked but yet the strangest things were overreacted to.

      Company support, great culture, no games, always looking ahead.

      Can't think of any pros

      Inconvénients

      They don't pay their vendors. String you along on unpaid invoices til they sell the building and vanish. Probably not financially stable. Be aware before putting a loved one in their facilities
