      Thank you, as always, for your effluence of candor. Since divesting the line of business you managed, the company has experienced triple-digit growth. We may never be a Fortune 500 Company but we recently made the Inc5000 list of fastest growing companies, one of the Top 20 in Connecticut, which we're all really proud of.       Competitive pay, supportive management, challenging work but in a fun way, great team building events

      Inconvénients

      The start time was early and there was a synch up meeting first thing in the morning and again at the end of the day

      Avantages

      Entrepreneurial spirit of management, great respect for employees, and flexibility in schedule. Ridgefield One is a dynamic place to work. We work on a variety of both technical and creative projects which makes the job stimulating and always interesting.

      Inconvénients

      There are often many interruptions because we all work in close quarters.

      We have since moved to a larger space.
