      Avantages

      Great people. The teamwork within and between the different departments is impressive. Everyone is pulling together to get the job done.

      Inconvénients

      The communication is much improved. The quarterly meetings have been well received by employees and the bi-monthly meetings have been good as well. With as much as the Company has grown, it's important to maintain the lines of communication.

      Good upward mobility potential and vast geographical opportunities to relocate for an opportunity. Great people across all the stores I have worked at.

      None as of late. They ousted the CEO, COO, and other management and it was never the same.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic, cutthroat, manipulative, and horrible.
