      Plenty of help, support and engagement platforms

      Inconvénients

      Old school mentality: No remote working in slow business periods or summer, only 1 day weekly work from home. Crazy workload in all departments and brands, not being able to work from home doesn't help as we spend too much time in traffic, we lose an opportunity to be more efficient

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
