      Brand recognition People are nice overall

      Inconvénients

      Quite bureaucratic and slow to change/innovate Work goes at a slow pace which is not mentally stimulating Do not feel my skills were at their best use there Swiss HQ location is not the best, lots of commuting

      Not much room for strong evolution since no one wants to leave the company.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
