The compensation may vary by the brand you are with and the business scale, and general benefits are good include full remote, regular staff sales etc.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the size of the company, it could be challenging for talents wish for a quick career up within the organization, and depends on the market you are in, some are more conservatives and provides less opportunities for career development

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
