Avantages
A few of the staff were nice and reached out to assist. They sent great hardware to do your job with, ie: monitor, laptop, etc. Nicely done there.
Inconvénients
Mis managed non experienced twosome that run the place. The training consisted "here is the stuff, lean it?" No live demonstrations. They think everyone should know what the heck is going on. Blind leading the blind. No hands on training at all. They are not ready for Enterprise. There are no specific deliverables ready, and they want you to send canned goods. You have 2 software applications that do the same thing . It is all redundant. Way too much. I am sure the Dr. pays a pretty penny for these. Enterprise is not going to turn over in 30 days like a one off dentist office. The expectations are not realistic. And you have to earn an introduction to my clients. The sales manager says, yes she has experience, yes, in retail. The Director is very strong in personality and will cut you in half everyday if she gets the opportunity. Look folks, there are plenty of really good career opportunities out there. Take is slow with this one. The company is not ready for Prime Time. I have 15 years experience in Enterprise, half in healthcare. Take is slow here. They let someone I know go because they were sick with Covid. Mean.
